Job Description:

This role will involve undertaking assessments and service commissioning work via video, telephone, or face-to-face interactions. You will need excellent communication, record-keeping, and keyboard skills, as well as experience working with vulnerable individuals. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £27,711 to £32,654 per annum (Scale F/G), along with opportunities for professional development and a supportive work environment.
