We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our team in a care home based in the area.
The successful candidate will provide high-quality care and support to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional and social needs are met.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading by example, promoting a positive and supportive environment for residents and colleagues alike.
- Providing person-centred care, assisting with daily tasks and supporting residents with their daily routines and activities.
- Maintaining accurate records, ensuring up-to-date information is available for resident care plans.
- Collaborating with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care and support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to demonstrate empathy and understanding when working with vulnerable individuals.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
