Patient Care Assistant

We are looking for a motivated and caring Therapy Healthcare Assistant to join our team on the In-patient unit at North Walsham hospital. As a valued member of the therapy team, you will work closely with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and support.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement individualised care plans for patients, working closely with the therapy team.
- Conduct regular assessments and reviews of patient progress, identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and effective communication.
- ONVQ 2 in health and social care or equivalent.
- Experience of working in a healthcare setting and with the general public.
- Literacy skills and ability to use a computer for administrative tasks.
This role offers a competitive salary of £21,589 - £28,050 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional development and training. You will also be part of a supportive team that values your contributions and is committed to helping you grow in your career.
