Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and registered Senior Social Worker to join our frontline teams at Norfolk County Council. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the launch of our brand-new operating model, Family Help, which aims to provide targeted interventions and improve outcomes for children and families.

The successful candidate will be part of a multi-disciplinary team working collaboratively to meet the needs of children in a culture that prioritises relationships, direct work, and extended family networking to effect sustainable change.

This permanent contract offers a competitive salary of £42,463 to £46,732 per annum (Grade K) and benefits including flexible working opportunities, generous holiday entitlement, and health and wellbeing services.
