Job Summary
Norfolk Community Health and Care NHS Trust is seeking a highly skilled Senior Rehabilitation Assistant to join our multidisciplinary team at the Colman Centre for Specialist Rehabilitation Services. This role presents an exciting opportunity to work with patients who require post-acute inpatient and community rehabilitation due to complex neurological disabilities.

This position involves working closely with qualified therapists, providing holistic patient-centred specialist rehabilitation to maximize physical, cognitive, psychological, and social functioning. As a Senior Rehabilitation Assistant, you will contribute to the assessment and implementation of evidence-based treatment programs for patients with a range of impairments and complex health needs.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also have a valid driving license and be willing to work over a seven-day rota.
