Senior Audiology Professional Required

We are seeking a skilled Audiologist to join our multidisciplinary team in Norwich, delivering high-quality diagnostic audiology services to patients referred by local GPs. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success and growth of our established practice.
In this role, you will perform routine audiological procedures, including diagnostic testing, adult rehabilitation with hearing aids and assistive listening devices, and associated follow-ups and repairs. You will also participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments for patients, including taking clinical histories and conducting clinical interviews.
- Performing full otoscopy examinations and audiometric testing, including measurements of pure-tone air and bone conduction thresholds, including masking.
- Using The Glasgow Hearing Aid Benefit Profile (GHABP) to assess current activity restrictions and participatory limitations.
- Integrating assessment findings with service user expectations and developing personalized care plans.
- Providing support to patients in adapting to hearing impairments, utilizing assistive listening devices and rehabilitation techniques.
We offer a competitive salary range of £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes ongoing professional development opportunities and a generous holiday allowance.
