Charity Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Fundraising Executive to lead and shape our fundraising efforts, driving innovation and growth through strategic leadership and campaign development.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and lead a comprehensive fundraising strategy, aligned with our organisational goals and objectives.
- Oversee the planning and execution of high-impact fundraising campaigns, ensuring they are compelling and well-coordinated.
- Lead the organisation of a range of fundraising events (both virtual and in-person), designed to inspire engagement from the community and generate vital funds.
- Prepare and manage the fundraising budget, ensuring efficient use of resources while maximising income generation.
- Ensure that all fundraising activities adhere to relevant legislation and best practices, providing regular reports to senior management and trustees on fundraising performance and opportunities.
About You
The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience in a senior fundraising role, with a proven ability to develop and implement successful strategies across multiple income streams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, with the ability to engage and inspire donors, corporate partners, and community supporters.
