As a Training Programme Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and marketing our training programme. You will work closely with schools, charities, and other public sector organisations to identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential customers.

About the Role
  1. Programme Development: Create an engaging and effective online and in-person training programme that meets the needs of our clients.
  2. Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with potential customers to promote our training programme and attract new business opportunities.
  3. Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a marketing strategy to promote the training programme and drive sales.
  4. Sales Targets: Meet sales targets to generate revenue and support the financial sustainability of Cup-O-T: Wellness and Therapy Services.
Benefits

You will receive a competitive salary of £28,000 per annum (pro rata for part-time) and have the opportunity to work in a supportive and inclusive work environment.
