Role Overview

Norfolk Wildlife Trust is seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join their dynamic Fundraising Team as a Fundraising Assistant.

The successful candidate will report to and work closely with the Grants and Philanthropy Manager, under the overall leadership of the Director of Development and Partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer the efforts of the Fundraising Team, working closely with colleagues in Nature Conservation, Nature Recovery, Visitor Centres, PR and Comms, and Engagement.
  • Play a pivotal role in the efficient operation of NWT's fundraising systems and effective recording of the Team's communications and income details on the Trust's CRM system.
  • Support the Fundraising Officers in delivering supporter stewardship events, co-ordinating collection boxes, online giving schemes, and small-scale community giving.

  • A team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Organised and proactive, with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Salary Information

£22,750 - £23,500 per annum (FTE), depending on experience.
