Key Responsibilities
  • Aid in planning and executing events to enhance our visibility and generate revenue.
  • Manage enquiries related to facility bookings, ensuring seamless coordination and execution.
  • Work alongside the Senior Centre Promotions Officer to organise volunteers and maintain up-to-date promotional materials.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including stock-taking, banking, and compliance with cash handling policies.
  • Support the recruitment, induction, and training of volunteers, addressing any concerns to HR.
Requirements

You are an enthusiastic and personable individual with a flair for customer service and an innate ability to engage with people from all walks of life, including VIPs such as royalty and celebrities. Your computer literacy, especially with Microsoft Windows and Excel, complements your operational knowledge of cash handling and till systems.
