Your responsibilities will include coordinating review appointments for patients with chronic diseases, managing vaccination recalls, and liaising with patients and other healthcare providers to coordinate care.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously. You will also require strong multitasking skills and the ability to learn quickly and prioritize tasks effectively.
