As a Nights Healthcare Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading a team of Care Assistants and ensuring the highest standards of care are met. You will work closely with the clinical team to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Care Assistants and supervise their work
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement care plans
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, experience of working in healthcare, and excellent leadership skills.
