Hepatitis C Peer Outreach Coordinator

The Hepatitis C Trust is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead the development of our peer support projects nationally. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for recruiting and coordinating peers across identified areas within Eastern ODN.
In this role, you will work closely with hepatitis C clinical teams, drug and alcohol services, and homeless service providers to coordinate delivery of educational workshops, hepatitis C testing in community settings, and ensure that service users are referred and supported through hepatitis C treatment and care.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has experience working in drug services and with volunteers, and has been affected by hepatitis C or has supported someone who has hepatitis C. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills, and a good standard of education.
