Peer Educator and Project Manager

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Peer Support Lead, focusing on developing and delivering peer-led education and training programs for people living with hepatitis C.
You will work under the guidance of the Peer Programme Manager, leading the recruitment and coordination of peers across designated areas within Eastern ODN. In this role, you will collaborate with hepatitis C clinical teams, drug and alcohol services, and homeless service providers to deliver educational workshops, hepatitis C testing, and refer service users for treatment and care.
To succeed in this position, you should have experience working in drug services, excellent communication and organisational skills, and a good standard of education. A clean driving licence and access to a vehicle for work-related travel are also essential.
