Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join our team on an exciting Education project in Norfolk. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a successful Main Contractor, renowned for their excellent reputation and commitment to staff development.

This role will involve managing daily commercial management functions, including measurement and valuation, applications for payment, reconciling accounts, dealing with sub-contract orders and enquiries, through to practical completion of the project and settling final accounts.

About the Role
  • Lead the commercial management of a £15m Education project in Norfolk
  • Manage daily commercial activities, including measurement, valuation, and account reconciliation
  • Work closely with the project team to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor working for a Main Contractor
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience working in a team environment
  • BSc in Quantity Surveying or comparable qualification
