About the Role:

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in the success of our Construction business in Norwich. You will be responsible for providing commercial expertise to aid with the delivery of contracted work, managing your own projects, and leading a geographical-focused team. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a dynamic and ambitious company.

The ideal candidate will hold a BSc in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent commercially related discipline), be working towards professional membership (e.g., CIOB), and possess a relevant CSCS Card. A detailed knowledge of company management systems, including Commercial and Financial, is essential. Previous experience on large contracts, ideally between £10 and £30 million, is required, as well as experience managing quantity surveyors. A full UK driving licence is also necessary.

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, along with a range of benefits, including a pension scheme matched up to 6%, 26 days' holiday plus bank holidays rising to 30 days after 8 years' service, private healthcare cover, life assurance up to 4 times basic salary, mental wellbeing and employee supports, and more.
