About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Norfolk. As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of projects across Mixed-Use, Residential, Education and Science sectors.

Responsibilities:
  • Take responsibility for managing daily commercial management functions, including measurement & valuations, applications for payment, reconciling accounts, dealing with sub-contract orders and enquiries.
  • Work closely with the project team to ensure timely delivery and optimal financial outcomes.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor working for a Main Contractor.
  • Good communication skills and experience working in a team.
  • BSc in Quantity Surveying or comparable qualification.

What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £65,000 - £75,000 per annum.
  • A comprehensive benefits package inc car or allowance, healthcare, bonus, pension etc.
