Construction Project Manager Position

An established Main Contractor in Norfolk requires a skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage the commercial aspects of their construction projects. As a key member of the Commercial team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of projects, from initial measurement and valuation to final accounts. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned quantity surveyor looking to lead a new project win in the region and work on high-profile projects in the Mixed-Use, Residential, Education, and Science sectors.
The successful candidate will have minimum 5 years+ experience working for a Main Contractor, good communication skills, experience working in a team, and a BSc in Quantity Surveying or comparable qualification. A competitive salary package is offered, c£65k-£75k basic plus benefits.
