About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead our team in Norwich.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage large-scale construction projects, including refurbishment and new build initiatives.
  • Collaborate with QS teams and contracts personnel to ensure project delivery.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress and provide regular reports.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects.
  • Coordinate with designers and contractors to ensure timely completion of projects.
Requirements
  • Possess a relevant qualification in Project Management or Construction Management.
  • Demonstrate experience working on complex technical projects, with knowledge of construction techniques.
  • Holding a member status with the Chartered Institute is desirable but not essential.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with QS and contracts teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is around £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
