Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Norwich, responsible for providing commercial expertise and managing own projects in a geographical focused team.

The ideal candidate will have a BSc in Quantity Surveying, be working towards professional membership, and hold a relevant CSCS Card.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and timely commercial reports
  • Advising the management team on commercial matters
  • Ensuring contracts achieve the appropriate commercial targets

Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
