Job Description:

We are seeking an ambitious and talented Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Construction business in Norwich. The successful candidate will provide commercial expertise to aid with the delivery of contracted work, taking the lead in a geographical-focused team and managing their own projects from Stage 2. Responsibilities include providing accurate and timely commercial reports, advising the management team, and ensuring contracts achieve commercial targets.

An experienced Senior Surveyor, the ideal candidate will hold a BSc in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent commercially related discipline), be working towards professional membership (e.g., CIOB), and possess a relevant CSCS Card. A detailed knowledge of company management systems, including Commercial and Financial, is essential. Previous experience on large contracts, ideally between £10 and £30 million, is required, as well as experience managing quantity surveyors. A full UK driving licence is also necessary.
