About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Construction Cost Consultant to join our team in Norwich, UK. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and talented individual to provide commercial expertise to our Construction business.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert cost advice to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in quantity surveying, with a strong understanding of construction costs, contracts, and laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits package including flexible working hours, agile work environment, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
