Key Responsibilities:

As a Principal Engineer for Building Construction Projects, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing a routine of planned preventative maintenance for all factory equipment in line with technical standards. This includes developing and maintaining a planned preventative maintenance system based on technical manuals, manufacturers' recommendations, and professional assessment. You will also be responsible for co-ordinating work schedules with external contractors, ensuring they are inducted onto site, follow the permit to work system, and carry out portable appliance testing on site. Additionally, you will be the engineering lead on any food safety incidents in partnership with the factory manager and technical support.
