Construction Management Trainee

As a key member of our Early Careers Development Programme, you will have the opportunity to gain first-class on-the-job experience in site management while obtaining a professional qualification. Our programme supports individuals from various educational backgrounds, including those with HNC/HND level qualifications or those who are starting their undergraduate programme.
The role involves working on our construction sites, preparing for the day, learning about project costs, and building relationships with our supply chain. You will also benefit from a Company Car or Car Allowance and Private Health Care Cover with Life Assurance up to 4 times your basic salary.

Key Responsibilities:- Working on one of our inspiring construction sites and helping prepare for the day.
- Learning about project costs to support future bids.
- Building relationships with our supply chain to ensure safety, health, environmental, and social value goals are achieved.
As part of our scheme, you will take part in some formal soft skill development and insights which will give you the chance to learn more about yourself and how to be your best self in a commercial business environment. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in site management and become a key link between design and contractors on our projects, providing key commercial advice on costs and contracts.
Requirements:- Equivalent level 3 qualifications worth 120 UCAS points (may vary depending on FE/HE Establishment).
- Applicants must hold 5 GCSEs A-C including Maths and English or equivalent (reformed GCSEs grade 4 or above).
A competitive salary is offered for this role, estimated to be around £25,000 - £35,000 per annum based on location and industry standards. Morgan Sindall Construction is unable to employ anyone who does not have the legal right to live and work in the UK.
