Job Description:
A highly skilled Building Services Construction Manager is required to join our team at Interaction Construction. Based in Norwich, you will work on a variety of building and civil engineering projects.

About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to provide design and commissioning coordination support to our multidisciplinary contractor design team. You will be responsible for evaluating pre-contract quotes and technical submissions, as well as appraising pre-tender building performance assessments.

Key Responsibilities:
* Evaluate tender drawings and specifications for compliance to Building Regulations and Legislation* Supervise and coordinate subcontractor activities during construction phase* Coordinate commissioning and handover procedures* Provide technical inspections and monitoring to identify defects* Mentor and support junior staff* Collaborate with construction teams to achieve project goals* Appraise energy performance assessments and certification* Provide input into Construction Group tender submissions

About Us:
Interaction Construction is a reputable company based in Norwich, seeking a dedicated and experienced Building Services Construction Manager to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have a degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services and strong knowledge of Building Regulations and Legislation.
