We're seeking an experienced and passionate Associate - Dispute Resolution professional to join our team as a Senior Leader. This role will play a key part in contributing to the growth of our churches through evangelism and outreach, striving to see new and existing communities flourish.

Job Requirements

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading a congregation with godly ambition, growing existing communities and multiplying new ones.
  • Building relationships with local community leaders and organizations.
  • Developing and implementing effective evangelism and outreach strategies.
Key Performance Indicators

The following KPIs will be used to measure the success of this role:

  • Increase in church attendance by 20% within the first year.
  • Development of strategic partnerships with local community organizations.
  • Implementation of effective evangelism and outreach strategies.
