We're seeking an experienced and passionate Associate - Dispute Resolution professional to join our team as a Senior Leader. This role will play a key part in contributing to the growth of our churches through evangelism and outreach, striving to see new and existing communities flourish.
Job RequirementsThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Leading a congregation with godly ambition, growing existing communities and multiplying new ones.
- Building relationships with local community leaders and organizations.
- Developing and implementing effective evangelism and outreach strategies.
The following KPIs will be used to measure the success of this role:
- Increase in church attendance by 20% within the first year.
- Development of strategic partnerships with local community organizations.
- Implementation of effective evangelism and outreach strategies.
