We're seeking an experienced and passionate Associate - Dispute Resolution professional to join our team as a Church Growth Coordinator. This role will play a key part in contributing to the growth of our churches through evangelism and outreach, striving to see new and existing communities flourish.
ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Leading a congregation with godly ambition, growing existing communities and multiplying new ones.
- Collaborating with other senior leaders to develop and implement effective evangelism and outreach strategies.
- Building relationships with local community leaders and organizations.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in dispute resolution and conflict management.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
