We're seeking an experienced and passionate Associate - Dispute Resolution professional to join our team as a Church Growth Coordinator. This role will play a key part in contributing to the growth of our churches through evangelism and outreach, striving to see new and existing communities flourish.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading a congregation with godly ambition, growing existing communities and multiplying new ones.
  • Collaborating with other senior leaders to develop and implement effective evangelism and outreach strategies.
  • Building relationships with local community leaders and organizations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in dispute resolution and conflict management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
