Job Title: Senior Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Growth Specialist to join our team at CCA Recruitment Group in Norwich.

This is a field-based role, and the ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through identifying new opportunities and building strong relationships with potential clients.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in business development and sales, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand customer base and achieve sales targets
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships face to face
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development and sales
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with software tools
