Job Description: Sales Growth Specialist

The Earlham Institute is committed to delivering a strategy aiming to grow and diversify funding to the Institute, including growing commercial income. This role will support the work of Earlham Enterprises Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Earlham Institute.

As a Sales Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic sales planning, effective customer engagement, and relationship management. Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating and executing effective sales strategies for existing products and services, and leading on developing new products and services to drive revenue growth.
  • Providing technical service updates to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Identifying and cultivating leads, converting prospects into sales, and securing repeat business through strong relationship management.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in consulting, commercial operations, sales support, or related roles within the biotech, healthcare, or genomics industries.

Salary: £57,100 per annum plus commission depending on qualifications and experience.
