Sales and Business Growth Specialist

NursePlus is a leading temporary healthcare recruitment agency with 40+ offices across England. We are seeking an ambitious Business Development Executive to join our team in Norwich, helping us drive growth through exceptional customer service and strategic business development.
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth by building long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates. Your primary responsibility will be to act as the primary client contact, recording expectations and facilitating seamless communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pursue new business opportunities and manage sales leads to meet/exceed set targets.
- Provide top-notch customer service, addressing queries promptly and professionally.
- Prepare applicant profiles for client consideration and maintain client relationships.
- Conduct outreach to potential clients and build relationships to promote the NursePlus brand.
- Collaborate with the commercial team to understand and communicate business offerings.
- Meet/exceed set targets, including financial goals, and report to the Branch Manager.
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, contractual obligations, and legislation.
- Maintain accurate records of workers, clients, and service users.
- Follow company management systems, payroll, and recruitment procedures.
- Promote equal opportunities, handle complaints, and adhere to health and safety legislation.
- Flexibly assist neighbouring branches when needed and complete required training.
Requirements:
- Full UK driving license is essential.
- Passion for business development and a demonstrated track record in a similar role.
- Confident telephone manner and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, working as part of a team and autonomously.
- Knowledge of the care industry advantageous.
- Some travel will be required.
