Role Overview

Norfolk Primary Care Ltd's GP Front Door Service provides clinical services in North Norfolk. As a Reception and Coordination Expert, you will play a vital role in coordinating patient attendances and supporting the team.

The service operates 12 hours a day, 7 days a week with two clinicians and one receptionist per day. You will be working closely with the team to ensure smooth operations and excellent patient care.

Key Duties

  • Meet and greet patients, book them into appointment slots and coordinate their attendances.
  • Create rota templates and fill them with required staff.

Salary Estimate: £13.23 per hour based on 11-33 hours per week
