Job Role

We are seeking an ambitious and driven individual to fill the role of Healthcare Administration Assistant in our brand-new Inpatient Therapy Unit.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Ward Clerks, ensuring that all processes and tasks are undertaken efficiently and effectively, contributing to the smooth running of the ward and reception areas.

The estimated salary for this position is around £20,000-£21,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including access to training and development opportunities, a generous holiday allowance, and a supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Ward Clerks, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Liaise with the help desk to resolve IT issues and provide technical support.
  • Collaborate with nursing teams to book transportation for patients and maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and services.
