Person-Centred Activity Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Person-Centred Activity Coordinator to join our team at Beach Ward, Julian Hospital. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating a range of person-centred activities for patients on Beach Ward. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of our service users.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and facilitate person-centred activities for patients on Beach Ward
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care and support
- Develop and implement creative activity programs to enhance patient engagement and well-being
Requirements
- NVQ level 3 in health and social care or equivalent
- Previous experience working in health/social care settings
- Ability to teach practical skills to clients
- Strong understanding of mental health issues and disabilities
