Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Activity Facilitator - Adult Inpatient Care to join our team at Beach Ward, Julian Hospital. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing creative activity programs to enhance patient engagement and well-being. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of our service users.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement person-centred activity programs for patients on Beach Ward
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care and support
- Provide education and training to patients and staff on activity-related topics

Requirements
- NVQ level 3 in health and social care or equivalent
- Previous experience working in health/social care settings
- Ability to teach practical skills to clients
- Strong understanding of mental health issues and disabilities
