Childcare Professional

As a Childcare Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting young people in our children's home. This full-time position comes with a maximum annual salary of 28486 GBP, including 5 sleep-ins per month paid at 64.18 GBP per night.
You will work as part of a close-knit team to build strong relationships and trust with young people, helping them to overcome trauma and develop the skills needed to trust adults again. To succeed in this role, you will need to be patient, adaptable, and able to manage challenging situations with ease.
A full, valid manual driving licence is essential for this position. We also require an NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare, which will be fully funded by Break Charity.
