Support Worker Role

We are looking for a Support Worker Role candidate who can provide high-quality care to young people in our children's home. This is a full-time position with a maximum annual salary of 28486 GBP, including 5 sleep-ins per month paid at 64.18 GBP per night.
In this role, you will work with a tight-knit team to build relationships and trust with young people, supporting them to overcome trauma and learn to trust adults again. You will need to be patient, thrive in a team environment, and possess emotional intelligence and resilience to manage challenging situations.
A full, valid manual driving licence is required for this position. We also require an NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare, which will be fully funded by Break Charity.
