About the Role

The Norfolk & Suffolk Foundation NHS Trust is seeking a talented Talent Development Manager to join our senior leadership team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in developing and delivering our leadership and staff engagement strategies.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement talent management strategies
  • Work closely with HR Business Partners, OD leads, Training and Development Leads, and operational managers to provide specialist advice and support
  • Provide analysis and recommendations to inform strategic decision-making
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and deliver business cases for change initiatives

 

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of delivering complex change initiatives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience of working with executive teams and boards
