About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Support Team Coordinator to join our team at Octavius Infrastructure. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our site managers, including data entry, email management, and phone calls.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely completion of tasks and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Monitor and manage multiple mailboxes, prioritizing tasks and responding to emails in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including job status updates and timesheets.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve project goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in data entry and management systems, such as COINs and Citadel.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in a similar administrative or support role is desirable.
