Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the contract management team, including data entry, document management, and communication with stakeholders.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of contract information, including variations, invoices, and payment schedules.
- Coordinate with site managers and other teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of projects.
- Develop and implement processes to improve contract management efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the operations team to identify and resolve issues related to contract management.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Proficiency in data entry and management systems, including COINs and Citadel.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Experience in a similar administrative or support role, preferably in a construction or infrastructure industry.
