Contract Support Team Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Support Team Coordinator to join our team at Octavius Infrastructure. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to our site managers and delivery teams, including data entry, email management, and phone calls.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of faults, variations, and other project-related information.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our stakeholders, including site managers, delivery teams, and subcontractors.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in data entry and management systems, including COINs and Citadel.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and adapt to changing situations.
- Experience in a similar administrative or support role, with a strong understanding of project management principles.
