Regional Sales Director for Nationwide Services

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts nationwide. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving new business revenue and profit across a specified geographical territory.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver New Business Revenue and Profit from within a specified geographical territory and/or target sector in line with our Group Sales & Marketing Strategy.
- Account manage specific, nominated existing regional customers and build key relationships across the whole customer organisation, which in turn will deliver additional Business Revenue and Profit from those customers.
- Achieve all agreed targets in line with our Group Budget and Sales Activity plans.
- Promote the NSS brand to all customers, competitors, and staff alike.
Requirements:
- Sales and/or Account Development experience essential, with the ability to understand large, complex FM or Property Management companies and create account plans to deliver growth.
- Experience in the Facility Services industry is preferred but not essential.
- Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office packages).
- Commercial awareness, profit focused and capable of engineering solutions to complex problems working at multi-levels within customer organisations.
- Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
