Regional Sales Director for Construction and Building Solutions

We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at Whiteoak Associates. As Regional Sales Director for Construction and Building Solutions, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth within existing clients while identifying and securing new business opportunities.
About the RoleThis is a field-based position, with a hybrid work arrangement that includes working from home and occasional visits to our HQ near High Wycombe. You will be selling our comprehensive range of solutions to Principal contractors, main contractors, consultants, and Local Authorities primarily across the Midlands & South England, including London.
Key Responsibilities- Developing revenues within existing client relationships
- Identifying, targeting, and winning new business opportunities
You will typically interact with senior decision-makers such as Construction Directors, Senior Project Managers, Contracts Managers, Installation Managers, Site Managers, Procurement Directors, Project Buyers, Estimators, and Technical Managers.
Requirements- A consultative sales approach with a proven track record of selling fenestration products into construction contractors
- Familiarity with the UK construction industry and its stakeholders
In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary between £50k-£55k (dependent upon experience), a hybrid company car, an annual bonus of up to £20k based on performance, 22 days holiday + bank holidays, a pension scheme, a health cash plan, employee incentives, hybrid working options, and excellent long-term career prospects.
