Construction Sector Rental and Sales Specialist

- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain regular contact with decision-makers in the construction sector, optimising opportunities for rentals and direct sales through tenders, site surveys, and customer visits.
- Business Development: Research potential customers using trade publications, past contracts, industry insights, and personal networks.
- Rental & Sales Growth: Identify opportunities for new rental business while maximising returns through second-hand equipment sales and joint enquiries with suppliers and manufacturers.
- Relationship Management: Collaborate with Area Sales Executives, Branch Sales Managers, and other teams to align efforts with company sales plans.
- Customer Support: Stay in close contact with branch activities to address new business leads or resolve customer complaints.
- Market Awareness: Monitor industry trends and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge and high market position.
- Reporting: Complete administrative tasks accurately and produce timely reports for the Divisional Director.
A competitive salary of £45,000 - £65,000 per annum is offered, along with performance-based bonus opportunities, 23 days holiday + 1 birthday holiday + bank holidays, life assurance (x2 annual salary), cycle to work scheme, wellness initiatives, internal promotion pathways, refer a friend scheme, and a supportive collaborative environment.
