Sales Professional for Municipal Equipment Sector

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of our rental and sales operations within the region. As an Account Manager, you will be the face of Dawsongroup for the construction sector in the South of England, working to maintain high equipment utilisation and exceeding customer expectations.
You will be responsible for driving both short- and long-term rentals of our municipal product range, identifying opportunities for new rental business, and maximising returns through second-hand equipment sales and joint enquiries with suppliers and manufacturers.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a proactive and self-motivated attitude, and the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver results.
A competitive salary of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum is offered, along with performance-based bonus opportunities, 25 days holiday + 1 birthday holiday + bank holidays, life assurance (x2 annual salary), cycle to work scheme, wellness initiatives, internal promotion pathways, refer a friend scheme, and a supportive collaborative environment.
