Regional Sales Leader

We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at Whiteoak Associates, based in the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing revenue within existing clients while identifying and winning new business opportunities.
As a key member of our sales team, you will work closely with the Commercial Director to drive sales growth and build strong relationships with Principal contractors, main contractors, consultants, and Local Authorities across the Midlands and South England, including London.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling fenestration products into construction contractors, with experience of selling on a project-by-project basis. You will need to demonstrate a consultative sales approach and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients and identifying new business opportunities
- Selling the full range of solutions to Principal contractors, main contractors, consultants, and Local Authorities
In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of £52,500 per annum, plus a bonus of up to £20,000 based on performance. Other benefits include a hybrid company car, 22 days holiday, pension scheme, health cash plan, employee incentives, and hybrid working options.
