Automotive Aftermarket Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Glen Callum Associates. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers across the automotive aftermarket industry, including motor factors, ITG buying groups, and accessory outlets.
The ideal candidate will have experience working within the automotive aftermarket as a sales representative, business development manager, or key account manager. They will be familiar with parts distribution and supply chains from suppliers through to garages, workshops, and repairer networks.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to grow their career with a global player in the automotive aftermarket. The successful candidate will be highly organized, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. They will also be flexible, able to travel extensively and cover overnight stays when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building relationships with key decision-makers across the automotive aftermarket industry
- Maintaining existing customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet targets
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Proven experience working within the automotive aftermarket as a sales representative, business development manager, or key account manager
- Familiarity with parts distribution and supply chains from suppliers through to garages, workshops, and repairer networks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
- Flexible, able to travel extensively and cover overnight stays when required
