About the Role

Frontline Sales Consultancy is seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Growth Manager to join our team. This crucial role is dedicated to driving growth and expanding our diverse security services within the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve and surpass growth targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, with a focus on expanding services such as security personnel, CCTV systems, and specialist services like close protection and dog handling.
  • Proactively seek out and secure new clients within the construction and security sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, project managers, and industry stakeholders.
  • Create and implement innovative sales strategies and marketing campaigns to promote our comprehensive security services.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals, customized to address the specific security needs of potential clients.
  • Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with construction companies, contractors, and industry associations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver tailored security solutions, drawing on the full spectrum of our services.
  • Lead contract negotiations, ensuring that agreements align with both company objectives and client expectations.
  • Conduct market research to monitor industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging security threats.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance and expand our service offerings.
  • Track and report on sales performance, business development activities, and market trends, providing regular updates to senior management.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years' experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the security or construction industry. A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth is essential. You should have a deep understanding of security solutions, particularly those involving security personnel, CCTV systems, and specialist services like close protection and dog handling. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are a must, along with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
