About the Role:

This is a remote-based position, working with companies across the UK. As a key member of our team at Sharing in Growth, you will be responsible for guiding and delivering cost-estimating projects and strategies for our UK manufacturing clients.

Key Objectives:

  • Oversee cost-down projects by analyzing current costing strategies, future costing objectives, and current processes for a range of UK manufacturing businesses.
  • Influence change through coaching strategies, using your wealth of cost-estimating experience gained within the industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational execution of business transformation projects, leading a variety of companies and individuals.
  • Nurture relationships with key stakeholders in various manufacturing organizations, identifying additional opportunities, articulating strategies, and using them to generate further business prospects and development.

Requirements:

  • At least five years of experience delivering cost-estimating projects and initiatives.
  • Experience in influencing senior leadership teams and functions, resulting in tangible business growth and project wins.
  • Experience in leading business transformation and delivering value and growth.
