About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Marshall Motor Group. As a Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our dealership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding their vehicle's maintenance and repair needs.
- Coordinate and manage the service process, ensuring that customers receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.
- Work closely with the service team to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to customers.
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Basic knowledge of automotive systems and services is desirable.
