Job Title: Service Advisor
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Marshall Motor Group. As a Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding their vehicle's maintenance and repair needs.
- Coordinate and manage the service process, ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard and on time.
- Work closely with the service team to ensure that all customers receive a positive and professional experience.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to customers, increasing revenue and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a retail or automotive environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple customers simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and other technical tools, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems.
